About Cat Haven Rescue, AUSTIN, TX:
We started in the beginning of 2012, we initially were just a foster group working on our own. Now we currently have 5-6 managers, 4 main locations (currently all the manager's apartments/houses until we have our main location), many great fosters who have helped us in the past and the present, and a few people who donate what they can on a regular basis (we appreciate every dollar, but ALWAYS need more!!)
WE SPECIALIZE IN MAINLY KITTENS UNDER 3-4 MONTHS, INCLUDING OPHANED BOTTLE KITTENS, PREGNANT MOM CATS, AND MOM CATS WITH BABY KITTENS. We are usually always accepting kittens under 3 months from the public and are NO KILL!!
Some foster kittens from this year! the gray baby bottle kitten we raised from a week old. The only kitten Haven & Chris (founders) have kept in a year out of 300+ rescues!
Cat Haven Rescue Group is a STATE NON-PROFIT RESCUE working towards obtaining their 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. All of the managers are between 20-35 and we always need help with tax stuff, as none of us went to school for it.

FEBRUARY 2013: WE ARE ACCEPTING KITTENS UNDER 10 WEEKS (FROM 2-3 WEEKS OLD *BOTTLE KITTENS* UP TO 3 MONTHS OLD KITTENS) NO INTAKE FEE!!!
WE HAVE ROOM FOR ONE PREGNANT CAT OR MOM CAT WITH YOUNG KITTENS. WE USUALLY ASK FOR A MINIMUM DONATION OF $75 FOR EACH ADULT BUT IT IS NOT REQUIRED.
